Worry Free Returns and Exchanges from Laurie Sarah


My husband and I know that it can be nerve-wracking to buy online, so we want to make it as worry-free as possible.  Bottom line – if you purchase an item as is, you have 5 business days from the date the package is signed for/arrives for you to return it for a full refund, or exchange it, no questions asked.  If you need more than 5 days (let’s say your proposal is a month from the arrival date), please contact us for prior approval.  We will always do our best to work with you.

For a full return or exchange, you must contact us for our pre-paid label to return the item within the 5-day period.  Our labels include the appropriate amount of insurance backed by our Jewelry Insurance Company as well as the correct return address. Packages sent without our label may not be fully insured and cannot be refunded if lost.

The item must be in its original, new, unworn condition for a full refund/exchange.

Custom orders are not eligible for full refunds or exchanges.  However, upon receipt of your item, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.  We will always work with each of our valued clients after the sale.
