Replace morganite with moissanite

We are remaking your engagement ring. Here are the details:

2. Lola Collection design – we are remaking the exact ring seen here in the listing

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The total amount due will be $569.81 which is for:

1. $624.00 for the new moissanite
2. $50 to ship the ring back to you
3. -$104.19 credit for your morganite (if it is in perfect conditions

and will be paid as follows:

$284.90 due to replace the morganite with the moissanite PAID 05/07/19
$284.09 due to ship the ring upon your approval of pictures of the completed ring.

ORDER INFORMATION:

1. You will be responsible for the shipping or delivery of your ring to us. We are not able to provide you with an insured shipping label, so if you want insurance, you will be responsible for that. Please ship your ring to this address:

1. Once here, we will carefully remove the morganite. If it is in perfect conditions, we can give you $104.19 for it. If it is chipped or scratched, we will give you credit for the carat weight it is after polishing less $40 for the polishing. Or if it is damaged, we will not be able to give you credit.
2. We will replace the morganite with a beautiful Charles and Colvard pear cut 6x9mm moissanite. It will be Forever One GHI.

All payments are non-refundable on custom orders. The 5 day money-back guarantee also does not apply. This is because as you make payments, we purchase parts towards your creation that are non-refundable to us. However, please rest assured that once you receive the ring, if you have any questions, we will do everything in our power to make you happy.
