PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The total amount due will be $664.00 and will be paid as follows:
$332.00 due to bring your gem here and upon your approval of the computer sketches to make the ring.
$332.00 due to ship the ring upon your approval of pictures of the completed ring.
ORDER INFORMATION:
You will receive the exact ring that is described below. Since these are the details that will be used to make your order, if you see anything that needs to be changed, please let us know right away.
1. Your ring will be made in size 5.5 (verified)
2. Your ring will be cast in solid 14k rose gold
3. Your order will include the following:
a. $350.00 for the custom computer design – you will be involved every step of the way to make sure the ring turns out just right. We’ll give you computer images from all angles so you can really see what it will be like.
b. $35.00 for fully insured shipping of your stone to us to set (optional – we can ship you the empty setting and have a local jeweler set it if you’d like)
c. $45.00 to set your stone, clean and polish (again, optional)
d. $199.00 for gold, labor etc.
e. $35.00 fully insured shipping of the ring to you

All payments are non-refundable on custom orders. The 5 day money-back guarantee also does not apply. This is because as you make payments, we purchase parts towards your creation that are non-refundable to us. However, please rest assured that once you receive the ring, if you have any questions, we will do everything in our power to make you happy.

Start by filling out our custom request form. We will then arrange to communicate directly with you either over email or at our Los Angeles Design Center to finalize the details. Once that is done, we create a sketch for you to review. Once you have approved the sketch, then we get to work casting and setting your piece!

Yes! You get a free ring sizer after you approve the quote we give you.
- Insert the tail into the loop to form a circle.
- Put the ring sizer on the finger you want your ring to go on, placing it on the knuckle above where it will sit.
- Tighten the sizer until it’s very snug, but not uncomfortable.
- Push the ring sizer all the way on, and see how it feels.
- Email us a picture of the ring sizer on your finger, being sure to show the number the arrow points to, so that we can also take into account your finger length and shape. Take the picture like so:
- Place a ring you already have on the desired finger.
- Place the ring sizer above or below the ring, depending on where you want your new ring to go.
- Adjust as needed according to the ring sizer instructions, and you will have the size that your second ring should be!
- Just as with regular ring sizes, please email us a picture of the results, as demonstrated below:
Get a friend or family member involved to sneakily help figure it out! Or if the recipient already has a ring on the finger in question, take that to a local jeweler and get the size from them. I can help too! Send me a picture that shows her hand, and I can give you a good guess.
And don’t worry! As long as the ring is not full eternity (with stones going all the away around the band), it can be easily resized later. You can also use one of our placeholder gifts to give them while you wait to find out the ring size!

Yes. However, be aware that some rings are harder to resize, and may involve more cost. These are full eternity rings, rings with designs or engravings going all the way around, and rings with certain colored gemstones. Please see our blog post on this topic for more information:

- If you have shorter fingers, this does not affect your ring size, but it does limit the number of rings and the width of the rings you may want to wear.
- Knuckle size may impact your ring size if your knuckle is much larger than where the ring sits, causing the ring to flop around on your finger. Many in this situation find sizing beads to be a good solution. Read more about them here.
Sizing beads are beads of metal placed on the inside of the band that allow a larger ring to fit on a smaller finger, without having to cut into the metal of the band. They are used to…
- Resize rings with intricate designs in the metal to prevent disfiguring the design, and to reduce the costs of resizing full eternity rings.
- Help rings fit over a larger knuckle and then sit snugly on the finger.
- Stabilize rings with very large center stones.
They are comfortable once you’ve gotten used to them, and are not visible when the ring is on. Read more about them here.
There can be several reasons why your ring size can change:
- Weight gain or loss in general, or during pregnancy.
- Temperature change. The colder the temperature, the smaller your finger will be. The hotter it is, the larger your finger will be.
- Time of day. Typically fingers are larger in the morning.
- Time of month. Some women experience more swollen fingers as hormone levels change.
Yes! Everything discussed in the answers above applies to men as well.
Once ordered, our pieces take 1-2 weeks on average to be completed. Because each piece of jewelry is handmade, that time may vary depending on how many pieces we’re working on, as well as the time of year.

- Orders $15.00 USD and under will be shipped via US First Class Mail.
- Orders between $15.00 and $350.00 USD will be shipped via US Priority Mail.

Yes. The package comes from “LKD,” with no logos or any other indication that it is coming from a jewelry company. Your secret is safe with us!
All orders above $350.00 USD are fully insured with Parcel Pro by UPS Capital.

All of our orders are double-boxed and tightly sealed to ensure that no one handling the package knows that there is a valuable object inside, and so that it cannot be easily broken into.
Yes. UPS requires a signature on all orders over $350.00 USD.
You can have the package shipped to a friend or relative, or a place of business. Please include their full name or the business name in your shipping information at checkout, and put their address there instead of your own.
You may also request to have your package held at an approved UPS location so that you can pick it up at your convenience.

It is extremely rare that there is a problem with shipping, as we are very proactive to make sure that we are shipping your item in a secure, discreet, and careful manner. That said, in the event that something does happen during shipment, here’s how it is handled:
- All packages insured by Parcel Pro are reimbursed, allowing us to recreate your item with no charge to you. Claims are usually resolved within two weeks, and we will handle the claim for you from beginning to end.
- If you have a claim with the Post Office, or if your UPS package was shipped outside of the United States, you as the receiver will need to file and follow up with the claim. We will provide you with all the documentation you will need, and assist wherever we can.

- After choosing your product and selecting your desired options from the dropdown menus, scroll down to “Make Payments” and choose “Pay Deposit.”
- Choose 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments. If you need more than 4 payments, please email us, and we’ll help you out.

Your jewelry will ship within 1-2 business days after your final payment is received, or when the jewelry is finished. Whichever comes first. You will receive reminders via email when your next payment is due.

For all packages sent within the continental United States:
For items bought as-is, you have five business days from the date the package arrives and is signed for to return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked! If you need more than five days, please contact us for prior approval. We will always do our best to work with you!
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for full refunds or exchanges. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your jewelry! We are happy to work with you.
If your item costs more than $350.00, please contact us for our pre-paid label, which will be insured. If you do not use our label, your package may not be fully insured, and cannot be refunded if lost.
For all packages sent outside of the continental United States:
All policies are the same as within the Continental U.S, except for shipping charges. In this case, if you wish to return your item, you will be refunded the full amount minus the amount it costs to ship the item back. When you contact us to request a refund, we will give you the full instructions on how to return the item, as well as any shipping charges you may be responsible for.
This is our warranty plan, included for free with every purchase! The Lifetime Care Plan guarantees that we will care for your jewelry as long as you own it!
