PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The total amount due will be 40% off $3,645.00 or $2,187.00 which is for the following:
40% off $1,215.00 or $729.00 for one more earring like you ordered before with lab grown diamonds on it
40% off $2,430.00 or $1,458.00 for a new pair of earrings with no lab grown diamonds on them.
and will be paid as follows:
$1,093.50 due upon your approval of the computer sketches to make the earrings.
$1,093.50 due to ship the earrings upon your approval of pictures of the completed earrings.
ORDER INFORMATION:
You will receive the exact earrings that are described below. Since these are the details that will be used to make your order, if you see anything that needs to be changed, please let us know right away.
1. Your earrings will be cast in solid 14k yellow gold
2. Your single earring will be just like the ones you ordered, but just one this time. It will each have 5 diamonds. All diamonds used will be high quality, lab grown diamonds averaging F-G, VS2-SI1
3. We will also create a brand new pair of earrings for you – just like the ones we sent, but this time with no lab grown diamonds on them. The design will be as is shown in the computer sketches.

Start by filling out our custom request form. We will then arrange to communicate directly with you either over email or at our Los Angeles Design Center to finalize the details. Once that is done, we create a sketch for you to review. Once you have approved the sketch, then we get to work casting and setting your piece!

Yes! You get a free ring sizer after you approve the quote we give you.
- Insert the tail into the loop to form a circle.
- Put the ring sizer on the finger you want your ring to go on, placing it on the knuckle above where it will sit.
- Tighten the sizer until it’s very snug, but not uncomfortable.
- Push the ring sizer all the way on, and see how it feels.
- Email us a picture of the ring sizer on your finger, being sure to show the number the arrow points to, so that we can also take into account your finger length and shape. Take the picture like so:
- Place a ring you already have on the desired finger.
- Place the ring sizer above or below the ring, depending on where you want your new ring to go.
- Adjust as needed according to the ring sizer instructions, and you will have the size that your second ring should be!
- Just as with regular ring sizes, please email us a picture of the results, as demonstrated below:
Get a friend or family member involved to sneakily help figure it out! Or if the recipient already has a ring on the finger in question, take that to a local jeweler and get the size from them. I can help too! Send me a picture that shows her hand, and I can give you a good guess.
And don’t worry! As long as the ring is not full eternity (with stones going all the away around the band), it can be easily resized later. You can also use one of our placeholder gifts to give them while you wait to find out the ring size!

Yes. However, be aware that some rings are harder to resize, and may involve more cost. These are full eternity rings, rings with designs or engravings going all the way around, and rings with certain colored gemstones. Please see our blog post on this topic for more information:

- If you have shorter fingers, this does not affect your ring size, but it does limit the number of rings and the width of the rings you may want to wear.
- Knuckle size may impact your ring size if your knuckle is much larger than where the ring sits, causing the ring to flop around on your finger. Many in this situation find sizing beads to be a good solution. Read more about them here.
Sizing beads are beads of metal placed on the inside of the band that allow a larger ring to fit on a smaller finger, without having to cut into the metal of the band. They are used to…
- Resize rings with intricate designs in the metal to prevent disfiguring the design, and to reduce the costs of resizing full eternity rings.
- Help rings fit over a larger knuckle and then sit snugly on the finger.
- Stabilize rings with very large center stones.
They are comfortable once you’ve gotten used to them, and are not visible when the ring is on. Read more about them here.
There can be several reasons why your ring size can change:
- Weight gain or loss in general, or during pregnancy.
- Temperature change. The colder the temperature, the smaller your finger will be. The hotter it is, the larger your finger will be.
- Time of day. Typically fingers are larger in the morning.
- Time of month. Some women experience more swollen fingers as hormone levels change.

Once ordered, our pieces take 1-2 weeks on average to be completed. Because each piece of jewelry is handmade, that time may vary depending on how many pieces we’re working on, as well as the time of year.

Yes. UPS requires a signature on all orders over $350.00 USD.
You can have the package shipped to a friend or relative, or a place of business. Please include their full name or the business name in your shipping information at checkout, and put their address there instead of your own.
You may also request to have your package held at an approved UPS location so that you can pick it up at your convenience.

It is extremely rare that there is a problem with shipping, as we are very proactive to make sure that we are shipping your item in a secure, discreet, and careful manner. That said, in the event that something does happen during shipment, here’s how it is handled:
- All packages insured by Parcel Pro are reimbursed, allowing us to recreate your item with no charge to you. Claims are usually resolved within two weeks, and we will handle the claim for you from beginning to end.
- If you have a claim with the Post Office, or if your UPS package was shipped outside of the United States, you as the receiver will need to file and follow up with the claim. We will provide you with all the documentation you will need, and assist wherever we can.

For items bought as-is, you have five business days from the date the package arrives and is signed for to return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked! If you need more than five days, please contact us for prior approval. We will always do our best to work with you!

If your item costs more than $350.00, please contact us for our pre-paid label, which will be insured. If you do not use our label, your package may not be fully insured, and cannot be refunded if lost.

All policies are the same as within the Continental U.S, except for shipping charges. In this case, if you wish to return your item, you will be refunded the full amount minus the amount it costs to ship the item back. When you contact us to request a refund, we will give you the full instructions on how to return the item, as well as any shipping charges you may be responsible for.
