Other Terms and Conditions include:

  1. Price quoted assumes you will put down the initial $250.00 payment within 14 days of receiving your quote, and that the full amount will be paid within 30 days. If you wish to extend payment beyond 30 days, the price may be subject to change based on gold prices, tariffs and other conditions beyond our control. Should your quote need to be updated, we will always approve any changes with you first. If payments stop or are late, the price is subject to change based on current pricing. Any discounts or promotions applied to Custom Orders will become void if payments stop or are late. No more than one month may pass in between payments.

  2. If any payment is not paid when due, interest will be added to and payable on all overdue amounts at 10 percent per year, or the maximum percentage allowed under applicable California law, whichever is less. You will pay all costs of collection, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees.
  3. In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if you fail to pay for the item in full, within 30 days of when the final payment is due, we have the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of your agreement to pay, and may cancel your order and seek legal remedies as provided by law, including, selling the item to a third party.
  4. Although we will do our best to complete all orders on time, we will in no event be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature, even if you have advised us of the possibility of such damages, including, but not limited to completing an item by time of your event.
  5. All Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of California.
