Here is everything that is covered free under your Lifetime Care Plan:
Fully insured shipping of the ring to us ($40 value)
Lost Diamond ($20 or value)
Labor to fully check all other stones, clean and polish of the rings ($89 value)
Fully insured shipping of the ring back to you ($40 value)

For the charges, they are for the following:
1. We carefully removed the chipped white sapphire center stone, and have replaced it with a brand new, very high quality, genuine white princess cut sapphire
2. We carefully removed the chipped blue sapphire side stone, and have replaced it with a brand new, very high quality, genuine blue princess cut sapphire
A picture of the removed sapphires is attached. I will email you with a quote to recut them and put them into a beautiful pendant
