Center Stone: Genuine Mystic Topaz, Round Cut, average 5mm and .50 carats.
Side Stones: 2 White Sapphires, one on each side. Also showcased are 4 smaller genuine white sapphires and 6 amethyst gemstones! These side stones all equal about .35 carats!
