PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The total amount due will be $1,132.20 and will be paid as follows:

$150.00 due to source the perfect gemstones for you. PAID 03/10/21
$491.10 due upon your approval of the gemstones to make the ring. PAID 04/06/21
$491.10 due to ship the ring upon your approval of pictures of the completed ring.

ORDER INFORMATION:
You will receive the exact ring that is described below. Since these are the details that will be used to make your order, if you see anything that needs to be changed, please let us know right away.

1. Your ring will be made in size 7
2. Your ring will be cast in solid 14k white gold
3. Your ring will be our LS5937 – 4mm heart cut eternity band from our Lily Collection.  The band will have 4 sets of genuine gems in this order:  4 rubies, followed by 4 garnets, then 4 dark pink tourmaline, then 4 medium pink tourmaline, then 4 light pink tourmaline, for a total of 20 gems.

All payments are non-refundable on custom orders. The 5 day money-back guarantee also does not apply. This is because as you make payments, we purchase parts towards your creation that are non-refundable to us. However, please rest assured that once you receive the ring, if you have any questions, we will do everything in our power to make you happy.  Unless otherwise stated, we may take a mold of your custom piece to use in the future.
