PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The total amount due will be $1,690.16 and will be paid as follows:

$350.00 due to create the computer sketches of your necklace.
$670.08 due upon your approval of the computer sketches to make the necklace.
$670.08 due to ship the necklace upon your approval of pictures of the completed necklace.

ORDER INFORMATION:
You will receive the exact necklace that is described below. Since these are the details that will be used to make your order, if you see anything that needs to be changed, please let us know right away.

1. Your pendant will be cast in solid 14k yellow gold

2. The chain will be an 18″ 14k yellow gold box chain (like pictured)

3. Your pendant will be a custom designed peanut butter cup with a heart cut out in the middle.  It will be about 21mm round and 4mm thick

4. You have indicated that you want the necklace in your hands by: (let us know if there’s a particular date you need it by)

This is because as you make payments, we purchase parts towards your creation that are non-refundable to us.
