PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The total amount due will be $1,154.40 which is for the following:
10% off $1,171.56 or $1,054.40 for the design and creation of the new band
FREE fully insured shipping of your rings to us
FREE fully insured shipping of all rings back to you
FREE ultrasonic cleaner
$100.00 to resize your two rings, clean and polish
$89.00 to polish the ruby
and will be paid as follows:
$250.00 due to complete the computer sketches of the new band. PAID 10/31/24
$70.00 already paid for shipping that will now go towards the new band. 10/23/24
$777.00 due to ship your rings to us, size, clean and polish them, and make the new band PAID
$146.40 due to ship the rings back to you upon your approval of pictures of the completed new band.
ORDER INFORMATION:
You will receive the exact ring that is described below. Since these are the details that will be used to make your order, if you see anything that needs to be changed, please let us know right away.
1. Your ring will be made in size 5
2. Your ring will be cast in solid 14k white gold
3. We will go into the sketch of your engagement ring and create another v-shaped wedding band using marquise and round shaped moissanites.

All payments are non-refundable on custom orders. The 5 day money-back guarantee also does not apply. This is because as you make payments, we purchase parts towards your creation that are non-refundable to us. However, please rest assured that once you receive the rings, if you have any questions, we will do everything in our power to make you happy. Unless otherwise stated, we may take a mold of your custom piece to use in the future.
