PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The total amount due will be 15% off $4,700.60 ($3,995.51) which is $3,000.00 ($2,550.00) for the new moissanite and $1,700.60 ($1,445.51) for the wedding band, and will be paid as follows:

$1,997.75 due to get the engagement ring back here and make the wedding ring. PAID 11/22/20
$1,997.75 les $525.00 to buy back your old morganite ($1,472.75) due to ship the rings upon your approval of pictures of the completed rings.

ORDER INFORMATION:
You will receive the exact rings that are described below. Since these are the details that will be used to make your order, if you see anything that needs to be changed, please let us know right away.

1. For your engagement ring, unfortunately since you are overseas, I cannot create an insured shipping label for you.  So you will need to ship it to me using the insurance and shipping method you choose.  IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT USE A CARRIER THAT WILL USE THE US POST OFFICE ONCE IT ARRIVES IN THE US.  The postal service is still a mess here.  Please use a method that will use UPS, FedEx, or DHL here in the US.  Ship it to our internet office here:

2.  Once the engagement ring is here, we will remove the morganite and replace it with a 12mm round, Charles and Colvard Forever One DEF moissanite.

3.  If the morganite is in perfect condition, we can buy it back for $575.00.  If it needs to be recut to remove any scratches or chips, once it is recut and we can measure it, we will give you the value based on that.  For example, if after recutting it is 11mm, we can give you $425.00.  10mm $300.00.  Or, if you want to keep it, we can set it into a pendant for you 🙂  If you choose the credit, it will be taken off your final payment amount.

4.  Your wedding ring will be our LS5950 seen here in the listing, but customized to fit seven 4mm round Charles and Colvard Forever One DEF moissanites.  The ring will be made in size 5.5 and  cast in solid 18k yellow gold

All payments are non-refundable on custom orders. The 5 day money-back guarantee also does not apply. This is because as you make payments, we purchase parts towards your creation that are non-refundable to us. However, please rest assured that once you receive the ring, if you have any questions, we will do everything in our power to make you happy.  Unless otherwise stated, we may take a mold of your custom piece to use in the future.
