For those who want a completely natural, untouched gemstone, Garnet is perfect! It is very rarely treated. It is 6.5-7.5 on the Mohs Hardness scale, making it very nice for frequent wear. Below are pictures of rough pieces of Garnet, just the way they were dug out of the ground!
