1. DOES LAURIE SARAH CREATE CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Yes!  After I have communicated with you just what you want, my husband Avo and our Sketch Artist go to work to create it completely from scratch!

2. HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM DESIGN TAKE?

There are two factors that determine how long a custom design will take:

1. The more you know what you want, the less back and forth there will be on the design.  We’re here to help!
2. How many orders we’re working on – always let us know if you have a deadline so we can prioritize your design with all the others we are working on.

In general, it takes about 3-5 weeks after you approve the design of your custom design to make it.

3. HOW DO I GET IN LINE FOR MY CUSTOM DESIGN?

If you want a custom design, you will first purchase this link – why?  Laurie Sarah and her husband Avo personally create each quote and answer most emails.  Each quote can take half an hour or more to create.  To help us narrow down who is ready to go, we require purchasing this link to start – read on to find out what is included with the deposit!

We will contact you about your order, and many times set up a personal phone call!  This deposit you put down will remain fully refundable until you approve your quote and we begin the design of your piece.  The deposit is applied towards the piece – it is not an extra fee.
